Sangha for Humanity

Sangha for Humanity | The Portal to Integrated Wholeness
Healing the Root. Evolutionizing the Collective.
Welcome to Sangha
In the heart of our community, healing blossoms as we share our stories, uplift one another, and cultivate a space of compassion and understanding.
The Sangha for Humanity Model: Ecology of Collective Healing

At SFH, we view well-being through the interconnected lenses of Yoga, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and root-cause medicine. We foster a deep connection to ourselves, our community, and the macrocosm—embracing the seasonal rhythms, internal channels, and elements that shape our vitality.
Our workshops invite you to move beyond surface symptoms to explore belonging and purpose, creating a dedicated container for personal and collective healing. Together, we cultivate experiences that honor the root of our unique paths and the flow of our shared journey.

Sangha for Humanity: A Sanctuary for Collective Realignment
At Sangha for Humanity, we understand health as a state of integrated wholeness—the harmonious flow of biology, element, and spirit. We provide a restorative clinical hub where families, youth, and adults come together to realign their unique constitutions with their inner knowing. Rooted in ancient wisdom and functional precision, our collective healing model leverages the power of community to sustain individual growth and reclaim the vitality that is our natural birthright.
About the CEO
Ashley M. Lekach
The Alchemy of Resilience: My Journey
In 2020, my world underwent a profound shift with the loss of my father, Peter, to pancreatic cancer. This personal catalyst accelerated my transition toward integrative health. In the depths of that grief, I found sanctuary in a somatic grief yoga practice. The experience was a revelation; it didn’t just help me navigate loss—it empowered me to bridge my conventional clinical background with the sacred architecture of the body. This path led me to complete advanced 500-hour yoga certifications in the Kundalini and Spiritual Warrior traditions, specialize as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), immerse myself in Qi Gong, and pursue the in-depth study of Ayurveda and functional medicine.
As I practiced anchoring myself in the present, I witnessed a striking mirror between my personal journey through grief and the collective crisis of chronic illness and fragmented care within our modern medical system. I realized that as medicine became more siloed, we lost our most potent medicine for healing: the Sangha, or community. Today, I advocate for families navigating the complex intersections of health and identity. True vitality is reclaimed when we move past resisting "what is," address the root causes of imbalance, and begin healing together within a shared field of presence.

The Sangha Model: Areas of Focus
At SFH, we look at the whole ecosystem of who you are rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Our work bridges ancient wisdom traditions with the grounded philosophy of root-cause restoration, offering practical pathways to navigate chronic illness, grief, and life transitions while supporting long-term vitality.
1. Daily Rhythms & Calming the Nervous System
Attunement to Basic Needs This focus area provides practical tools to signal safety to your body. We explore how to move away from stress-fueled hyper-vigilance, establishing a grounded daily baseline through small, intentional rituals to support yourself through chronic exhaustion, life overhauls, and structural changes.
-
From / Toward: Navigating depletion, erratic energy, and elusive sleep—moving toward steady, calm vitality and supporting restorative rest.
-
The Practice: Circadian and seasonal rhythm alignment, micro-practices for morning grounding (breathwork and somatic tracking), and establishing daily boundaries to anchor self-care as an ordinary baseline.
-
Lineage & Frameworks: Ayurveda (Dinacharya), Yoga, and Western Nervous System Regulation.
2. Moving Stagnation & Supporting Body Literacy
Integration of Body & Mind Moving past quick-fix band-aids, we investigate the physical and energetic root causes of feeling stuck or heavy. We explore the body’s natural pathways and the endocrine system, aiming to revitalize your unique elemental constitution, balance energy centers, and dissolve stored physical tension.
-
From / Toward: Navigating physical heaviness, deep muscle aches, sluggish energy, and dense brain fog—moving toward physical ease, efficient energy flow, and mental clarity.
-
The Practice: Root-cause vitality mapping, breath-led digestive fire (Agni) cultivation, Chakra balancing, mapping the lunar cycle and hormones, and mindful physical movement designed to break up stagnant energy and open the body's channels.
-
Lineage & Frameworks: Traditional Chinese Medicine (Qi Gong), Ayurveda, Hormonal & Lunar Tracking, and Somatic Movement.
3. Processing Emotion & Healing in Community
Collective Healing & Self-Compassion This focus area recognizes that navigating heavy seasons is rarely a solo journey. We examine the "unappreciated pillar" archetype—the habit of sacrificing your own well-being to carry everyone else—by processing stored emotional weight, unexpressed grief, and personality patterns within a witness-led community container.
-
From / Toward: Navigating an undercurrent of unexpressed grief, isolation, resentment, and a harsh inner critic—moving toward a steady presence, emotional resilience, and self-compassion.
-
The Practice: Intimate, group-based workshops utilizing the mirror of the Sangha, the Enneagram framework to illuminate subconscious behavioral drivers and personality armor, somatic emotional release techniques to clear chronic illness, grief, and loss from the tissues, and compassionate group discussion.
-
Lineage & Frameworks: Yoga Philosophy (Sangha), The Enneagram, and Trauma-Informed Somatics.
4. Navigating Transitions & Honoring Change
Intuitive Alignment & Spiritual Purpose When physical movement is aligned, rhythms are supported, and the emotional landscape is held, we create the conditions for your vital spark to emerge. This work focuses on honoring change and life transitions, aligning daily existence with your personal trajectory, and supporting your capacity to show up for your community.
-
From / Toward: Navigating feelings of being raw, fragmented, or disconnected from your path during major life overhauls—moving toward intuitive clarity, personal bliss, and inner confidence.
-
The Practice: Advanced meditation, alignment with divine feminine archetypes and lunar cycles to honor cyclical inner wisdom, clearing mental paths of resistance, and exploring energetic practices to sustain inner radiance without self-depletion.
-
Lineage & Frameworks: Kundalini & Spiritual Warrior Traditions, Lunar Archetypes, and Chakra-Informed Meditation.
The SFH Container
When you step into this space, you enter an intentional environment designed to support the journey from fragmentation toward integrated wholeness. Together, through shared discussion, sacred movement, and collective breath, we dedicate ourselves to uncovering the vitality that is our natural birthright.

Growing in awareness. Healing in connection. Thriving in the Sangha.
